Eugene M. R. Charlebois, DO is married and has two sons and one daughter. Dr. Rich was born in Montreal, PQ, Canada moving to California as a child. Attending CSU, Long Beach, CA and Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of Pacific. He completed his residency and internship at Downey Regional Medical Center and joined the practice of Catherine M. Kimball, DO, PA in August 2000. Dr. Rich is looking forward to enjoying Maine.
